Terms & Conditions

I agree to all Terms and Conditions displayed on the RT website (click HERE for Terms and Conditions) and I am entering into a contract with The Realistic Trader Ltd. In doing so I agree to make either the full 12 payments of £500, which is a rolling monthly membership commitment or the yearly up-front cost of £4800.

Educational Videos

I agree to watch ALL of the videos within the RT portal during my 12-month membership. 99% of any questions you might have during your membership are answered in these videos and will stop you from making life-changing mistakes with any trading account you manage.

Trading Pubs

Siam holds a Trading pub each week which contains vital information on the markets and what is happening within RT. I agree to partake in the live Q&A sessions with Siam. If I am unable to be there in person, then I will watch the recordings of these sessions. (These are always available the next day, if not the same day)

Live Sessions

I agree to partake in the live Q&A sessions with the RT Mentors. We have fantastic mentors in the community who are there to help you with your trading journey. If I am unable to be there in person, then I will watch the recordings of these sessions. (These are always available the next day, if not the same day)

Market Liability

I agree and understand that The Realistic Trader will not be held responsible for individual market positions, and all trades that I may take are based on my own final decisions. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission, whether negligent or otherwise. You have the final decision if you decide to trade in a similar way, or with similar risk tolerance.

Making Trades

Any trade you choose to do, you do so at your own risk and if you do decide to copy Siam’s trades you need to be copying ALL of his trades.

RT Discord & Telegram Liability

I understand that The Realistic Trader hereby expressly excludes their liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Discord and Telegram group. If you take advice from another RT member then this is still your responsibility and you should always speak to multiple sources within the community before making any decisions.
